Job site - Heron hotel -699 Prince st.,Alexandria, Va.
Fabricate, powder coat ( bronze color TBD) and install railings for main stairs and adjacent 2nd floor landing and lobby. A balcony railing per supplied drawings. Construction of railings will be 3/4” round steel pickets drilled and epoxied into 1” thick treads and flooring and welded to 3/8”x 1” wide flat bar countersunk for oval wood cap installed by others. Subtotal: $23,775.00
Wall Brackets x11 $125.00= $1,375.00
8' Railing, additional rail with 3/4" pickets x1 =$4,800.00
Cover Plates x13 cover plates [9 main rail, 3 on 8' rail] to match picket rail color x13 @$15.00 = $195.00
Refab Balcony Rail, refab balcony rail on site [to fit after trim board was added after rail was fabricated] 2hrs@150/hr=$300.00
Custom Tool, special tool fabricated to cut carpet for 3/4" balcony rail pickets= $260.00
1/2 day [1 man- extra trip] to detail 8' rail on site= $600.00
