Rectangular rail design for 1st and 2nd floors Approximately 30 linear feet Pickets will be fabricated out of steel and finished with a powder coat (color TBD) Pickets will be welded on runner or brackets on stairs.

Total cost: ($7,736.67 x 3)= $23,120.00 + 6% MD sales tax
