Project includes:

1. Pickets and Shoes: Pickets are 5/8" square and shoes are 1.5" square and 9/16" tall. Both pickets and shoes will be powdercoated matte black and installed into 7/8" square hole, will be caulked black all around hole underneath handrail. Quantity: x160 @ $67.00 each = $10,720.00

2. 2. Custom Wall Brackets: custom wall brackets according to design provided and approved by client. Quantity x10 @ $47.50 each = $475.00

3. Pickets (1 1/4") and Shoes (2 1/4"): 1 1/4" Square Pickets with shoe (2 1/4" sq x 5/8" tall). Quantity x10 @ $110.00 each = $1,100.00

The total payment: 50% of $12,295.00 = $6,147.50  + MD Sales Tax=$6,516.04 (sales Tax applied at checkout)

Timeframe: 6 to 8 weeks from paid deposit.

50% due prior to installation

Price includes Powder coating pickets and shoes, removal of old pickets, and installation of new pickets and shoes.
