Front Steps Railing: Railing on either side of the steps. Railings will have a total of 4 newel aluminum casted posts, picket knuckles, rings welded in the top channel, molded top rail and 5/8" pickets. Both railings will be powder coated satin black. Installed via coredrill and cement. Posts will be caulked at the base.

Total cost for railings (x2) will be $9,300.00 minus $106.00 Mileage fee for site visit.

Grand total= $9194.00, 50% of $9194.00= $4,597.00 to commence installation.

Remaing 50% is due before installation.
