50% deposit: $12,350.00

-Using the existing panic/ latch system you have but add a new handle that works with the card reader.

-We will remove the existing door, dismantle it and use the existing panic/ latch system

-We will match the design of the original door as close as we possibly can. If the wood is damaged in the process of extraction or transportation, it is up to the client to replace the wood.

-Door will be fabricated out of Aluminum to significantly lighten the door

-This will require moving the wiring to the gate side to ensure the maglatch will disengage when the panic bar is pressed in case of emergency. You must hire an electrician to do so, we will not provide this service.
